2. Independent Agency — No Cruise Line Affiliation
We are an independent travel agency. We are not a cruise line and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any cruise line. We act as an intermediary to help you search and book cruises operated by third-party cruise lines. All cruise line names, ship names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services.
3. Bookings, Prices, Deposits & Fees
- Prices, cabins and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the cruise line.
- Most cruises require a deposit, with the balance due by a final-payment date set by the cruise line.
- Prices may change due to cruise line pricing, taxes, port fees and currency before confirmation.
- Any service fee we charge is disclosed in full before you pay and is separate from cruise line charges.
- You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, guest names and travel details for accuracy.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate guest names matching government-issued ID/passport.
- Ensure you hold valid travel documents, passports, visas and any required vaccinations for all ports.
- Meet the cruise line’s check-in, boarding and health requirements.
- Arrive at the departure port with sufficient time as advised.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the operating cruise line’s cancellation schedule and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, together with applicable U.S. consumer-protection rules. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, itinerary changes, missed ports, or services of any cruise line or third-party supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
Content on this website is owned by or licensed to MetaHeight Cruises and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
8. Governing Law
